FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
You will always receive previews within 48 hours of your wedding.
The remaining gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks of your wedding day. This can be quicker during less busy times but 12 weeks is the maximum wait.
Do you travel outside of Essex and are there additional costs?
Yes I am always happy to travel outside of Essex. I charge 45p per mile (there and back) for anywhere thats over an hour away. If the venue is still in Essex no travel fee will be charged.
If further travel or accomodation is needed (Flights, Hotels, etc) price will be estimated upon enquiry.
Can I cover both bridal and groom prep?
As you will be getting ready at the same time this isn't always possible. This mostly depends on the distance between both preps. If you are getting ready within 5-10 mins of each other and the venue, this is possible. Anything further away would make it very difficult to get the photos needed in the time we have. If you have added a second photographer, this is easily doable as one photographer will be at each prep.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Send me an email or fill out a contact form with all your details of your wedding day (date, venue and choice of package) and any questions you may have.
I will get back to you within 24 hours with my availablity, chat through the package and answering your questions.
2. Sign Contract
If you are happy to go ahead, I'll send over a copy of my contract for you to sign along with the invoice.
A deposit and signed contract will be needed to secure your date.
We then schedule our consultation meeting to go through the plans for the day.
3. The Big Day
The big day has arrived! I will always find one of you and come say hello when I arrive.
You don't have to worry about anything on the day. I will be there to capture it all, sometimes you may not even notice me.
I will always say goodbye when it's my time to go and leave you to finish your celebrations.
4. Photos
48 hours after your wedding I will email you with a few fully edited preview photos. This will be your first look at your photos. These are perfect to share with your friends and family or to annouce your big day celebrations to others.
Within 12 weeks you will receive your final gallery. These will be via an online gallery for you to download and keep for years to come.
